A grunt, usually made when an individual is struck by something massive that is squishy/softish (a person, heap of laundry, etc) or a small object travailing quickly, and impacting the individual in the chest. 

  examples:

Foot ball tackle

Being struck by a volley ball serve.

 TBH, there are way too many kinds of vampires. some are pale and thin, others are gorgeous, others can walk in daylight...

 The only thing I've found constant from vampire to vampire is their human shape, need for blood, and fangs. oh yea, and large quantities of strength.

Blargh/Blarghlsauce
A Gamer's term...er, noise.  Blargh is quite possibly the most random expression I've never one in my life ever heard anyone say "blargh" out of frustration...almost makes me wonder if someone burped while going "ARGH!" while getting pwned in a game. :D

Blarghlsauce, quite inevitably, is an expression built off of the noise.  Sauce is usually added to the end of any word that already epic in stand point to make it even more epic -- could be a good or bad thing depending on the origin of the base word.  In the case of Blargh, maybe it's ultimate frustration or a new form of death wail. :/
